By using Fetch & Style Concierge, you agree to these terms governing our personal shopping and styling services.
1. The Service
Fetch & Style Concierge acts as an intermediary. We purchase items on your behalf from third-party vendors based on your specific instructions.
2. Pricing and Payments
- Currency: All service fees and item costs are billed in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
- Service Fee: Our styling/concierge fee is non-refundable once the shopping trip or research has commenced.
- Price Changes: If an item’s price at the store differs from the estimate, we will contact you for approval before purchasing.
3. Returns and Refunds
In compliance with the FCCPA:
- Defective Items: If we deliver an item that is defective or does not match the description agreed upon, you are entitled to a return or replacement.
- Change of Mind: For non-defective items, returns are subject to the specific return policy of the original vendor (the store where the item was bought).
- Perishables: Custom-made outfits or perishable items are generally not eligible for return unless defective.
4. Client Responsibility
- Accuracy: You are responsible for providing correct sizes and specifications. We are not liable for items that do not fit if they match the size you requested.
- Inspection: You are encouraged to inspect items upon delivery.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we exercise maximum care in selecting items, Fetch & Style Concierge is not the manufacturer. We are not liable for factory defects but will assist you in facilitating a manufacturer’s warranty claim where applicable.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be handled by the courts or mediation centers in Lagos State.
